We booked with Operator, Chase literally around the corner from our hotel. We were a tad skeptical, but decided to move forward because it was such a great way to see the entire Island of Oahu. Jack was our tour guide. We were BLOWN AWAY, by his passion, knowledge of anything and everything Oahu, the Hawaiian language and the culture. I especially loved his knowledge of the volcanoes, the Hawaiian God mythology, the different mountain ranges, the meaning of Hawaii prefix/suffixes, literally all of it. I learned SO MUCH! Uncle Neil was also fantastic, Being born and raised here, he contributed a lot to the tour. Chase (our sales rep) was our intro to this tour and he was fabulous! I would recommend this company and this tour and Jack to everyone I know. Amazing value for our money. Please promote Jack!! 😁😁 Give him a raise!! I hope all of your guides are like him!!

Joe was awesome! He was very attentive to all of the guests and went above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable and having a great time. The waterfall was absolutely gorgeous, and the lunch was delicious! Even when we had some minor van troubles, Joe went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and at ease. His positive attitude and excellent care really made a difference. I couldn’t have asked for a better day or a better guide. Thank you, Joe, for making our experience so wonderful! 🌺🌴 P.S. Great Tour for Snorkeling!!
Highly recommend this tour!! It was a great way to get out there and snorkel to see the marine life. There were multiple sea turtles plus many different varieties of tropical fish, so there was lots to see the whole time you are in the water, and they gave you lots of time to explore while helping to guide and point out turtle sightings. The equipment including buoyancy vest made it comfortable to be doing off shore exploration. I also appreciated the smaller group size so you could see more of the marine life rather than the other participants. Guides Adrian and Sam were very knowledgeable and safety conscious. Transport to and from the tour was easy as they have multiple locations to choose from so you can find one close to you. Do it!!

This was an awesome e-bike tour riding through the rain forest! The views were fantastic over looking Waikīkī! Our tour guide John was filled with wonderful stories of the area, he was professional, helpful, and friendly! The course begins with all up hill and the second half is all downhill. With the power motor assist we had no problem going up. It was easy to pedal. Very beautiful ride!

Seeing reef fish, sea turtles, and even dolphins. It was the perfect amount of time all around when it came to moving from one spot to another finding the wildlife. The environment itself was really cool seeing how the fish swam in and around the reef and seeing sea urchins. We had a group of two ourselves with only one other group of two tagged along not including the two staff. Everyone was super friendly and made the experience a lot better.

Love love loved this excursion. If you’re a nature lover, highly recommend this one. You’re pretty much surrounded by greenery left and right. As if that’s not enough, you reach the top, and you’re greeted by a beautiful waterfall. Nothing more I could ask for. Driver was super nice- George. He picked us up and dropped us off. Provided info along the way. Lunch was provided. Hike is not strenuous, just rocky, so make sure you wear sneakers. I saw some children on the trail, but don’t think that was safe bc it is so rocky. Overall this was a 10 for me.

Just finished this tour and had a wonderful time. Jason was our tour guide and did a great job. The walk to the waterfalls was so enjoyable and although i didn’t go swimming, many people really enjoyed it. Lunch was good too.
