We had a fantastic day with Tyrone as our guide. There was a small problem with a delayed pick up but after that it was a wonderful tour of the island. The stops were really interesting as was the information Tyrone gave us along the way. The timing of the stops, whether it was a look out, souvenir shop, macadamia farm or beach swim was just the right amount. The lunch purchased was OK - perhaps a stop with a few choices might have been better. Overall, we loved seeing a quick preview of the island and all the suggestions for future places to visit and eat at. It’s great to do this tour at the start of your stay for great ideas for the rest of your time! Highly recommend!

If you’re looking for a full island day trip, this is the one to book! Melia (I hope I’m spelling that right) was absolutely top notch. Her demeanour just radiated mahalo spirit! She was super funny, very personable and her knowledge of all things Hawaii was amazing! She took us to all the best spots, was super patient with us, helped taking photos and even called ahead with our lunch order (spicy garlic shrimp were mindblowing by the way!). A review isn’t enough to explain how good this was, just book it, pray you get Melia as your guide and you’ll have the best day on O’ahu you can possibly have with your clothes on!

Ryland was our tour guide and we honestly could not have asked for a better tour guide! He was truly one of the highlights of our first trip to Hawaii. From the moment our tour started, he made us feel comfortable, welcomed, and taken care of.He was incredibly knowledgeable about Pearl Harbor and the museum, and what stood out most to us was how genuinely willing he was to answer every question we had. No matter how many questions we asked, he did his best to answer and never made us feel rushed. He took the time to explain things and share his knowledge in a way that made the experience feel personal and meaningful.He also took us to Dole Plantation, and when we ended up finishing a little earlier than expected, he went out of his way to make an extra stop at 7-Eleven for us. It might seem like a small thing, but those little gestures really showed us how thoughtful and accommodating he was. He genuinely seemed to care about making sure our group had a great day—not just about completing the tour and getting us back.We spent six hours with him, and by the end, it honestly felt like we had spent the day with someone we were really glad we met. He was kind, patient, funny, incredibly knowledgeable, and just an all-around wonderful person.We will genuinely remember this tour as one of our favorite parts of our Hawaii trip. If you're considering booking a tour, book with him—you will not regret it! My ExperienceI honestly don't know if words will ever be enough to describe what this experience meant to me.From the moment the show began until the very end, I was completely captivated. This wasn't simply a luau—it was an experience that touched my heart in a way I will carry with me for the rest of my life.My husband and I came to Hawaii hoping to create beautiful memories together, and Rock-A-Hula became the absolute cherry on top of our entire vacation. It was breathtaking, joyful, entertaining, emotional, exciting, and so much fun. There were moments when I found myself simply looking around and thinking, “I can't believe I'm actually here experiencing this.”The entire staff was absolutely incredible. I especially want to recognize Mamo, Emele, Alexis, Lucinda, and Tulua, who made such a beautiful impression on us. And although I unfortunately can't remember the names of every single staff member we encountered, I want every one of them to know how much we appreciated them.Every person we interacted with was kind, welcoming, professional, caring, and full of such beautiful energy. We genuinely felt welcomed and cared for throughout the entire evening. You could feel the heart and passion that everyone put into what they were doing.The music was wonderful. The performances were breathtaking. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was incredible. But what made the night truly unforgettable was the people. Their passion, joy, kindness, and love for what they do came through in every part of the experience.I am so incredibly grateful that this was part of our Hawaii vacation. There are experiences you enjoy while you're living them, and then there are experiences you know, even in the moment, that you will remember for the rest of your life.This was one of those experiences.If you have never experienced Rock-A-Hula, please go. If you're visiting Hawaii and wondering whether a luau is worth experiencing, I can tell you from my heart that this is an experience I will forever recommend. We have thoroughly enjoyed our tour Battleship tour! Our driver, Will, was fantastic! He as full of information and had lots of energy and personality! I’m so glad we changed our tour to be with Aloha Sunshine! We did a private Road to Hana tour with them on Maui a week ago and it was outstanding, as well!
