Great Experience on out first trip to Hawaii!!
We had an amazing experience with our tour guide, Tim! He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and professional throughout the entire tour. Tim did a wonderful job sharing interesting history, stories, and local information that made the experience both fun and educational for our family. What really stood out was how attentive he was to our needs. Traveling with three boys of different ages can be challenging, but Tim was patient, flexible, and made sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying themselves. Even my lil one who was grumpy at times. Tim went above and beyond to make our day special and memorable. We truly appreciated his positive attitude and personal touch. If you’re looking for a fantastic tour guide who genuinely cares about his guests, we highly recommend Tim. He made our Hawaii experience unforgettable!

Where to start? When Leonani first showed up for pickup, my wife and I chuckled at how young she was. To be honest we were a bit concerned. SHAME ON US! This young lady was incredible! While talking about the culture and lore of the island, she drove like a pro, would interrupt her own storytelling to point out various points of interest, and then without missing a beat… would start right back into the storytelling! She was knowledgeable about not just the history and culture but also current events. She never lost her smile, joy, or enthusiasm. Just an incredible guide! As a reference, the next day we did a tour to Pearl Harbor and Honolulu. The guide, with a different company, was our age, 50-60, and mentioned similar things that Leonani had mentioned. The difference was clear. He did not sound confident and the information he gave lacked the lore/ culture we had just experienced. In fact, due to what we had learned the previous day, we helped our group learn even more. MAHALO to Pineapple Express and especially to Leonani for destroying our preconceived expectations! STRONGLY recommend this tour!!

Pedro was informative, knowledgeable and extremely engaging. Saw things on the east side of the island we'd never seen before. The transportation was clean and comfortable. Pick up was even 5 minutes early. Text that morning confirming details made things very easy. The family business made it even more attractive.
