Andrew was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, a fantastic guide/storyteller, and made us all feel safe. He is great at what he does! Seeing all the scenic parts while hearing about hawaiian history, the caves, the stars! Everything was so worth seeing. Doesn't even feel like hours had passed. Plus the hot chocolate at the end 👌 🍫.

We ended up having a private tour as the other party had to cancel. Dexter was a great tour guide, kind, knowledgeable and overall a pleasure to be around. We saw all party of Hilo and ended with the a helicopter ride. It was amazing .

Fun experience! Kenny was fantastic! Communications prior to the trip was great, with pick up time and location. We got to visit the sites in and around Hilo - waterfalls and caves. Then we drove up Saddle Road, had dinner and saw the stars. It was an experience, great clear night. Had a lot of fun! Plenty of snacks along the way. Would highly recommend!

Great way to experience Hilo
We had a great experience from beginning to end. Steve was very responsive and helpful. Our tour guide Amanda was very nice and knowledgeable. We enjoy learning about the culture. We were provided with a great meal, wich provided sample of local food. This was a nice unexpected touch. Overall, I was very pleased with the service. I would definitely recommend touring with Aloha Aina.

Sash ( May spelled her name wrong) was a great tour guide. I learned a lot from her. There is one complaint: on May 11, I noticed the same tour price was dropped about ~$100 compared to I booked price on Cool Hawaii website. Unfortunately there’s no one to pick up the phone from Cool Hawaii when I tried to get a refund.

We had a wonderful day on our private tour of Hawaii Volcanoes National Park from our cruise ship, thanks to Katelynn! From start to finish, everything was smooth, well organized, and stress-free. Katelynn was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience enjoyable. She answered all of our questions with patience and shared so much interesting information about the volcanoes, the island, and the local history. The scenery was absolutely incredible, and having a private tour allowed us to explore at a comfortable pace without feeling rushed. Katelynn made sure we saw all the highlights while also tailoring the experience to our interests. Absolutely fantastic I would recommend this tour to anybody I didn't actually book the tour myself a concierge at the hotel did so I did not realize we were going to Fisher 8 if you want to see something out of this world go on this tour the tour guide Amanda was amazingly fantastic snacks the food the drink very very adequate what you needed the knowledge that Amanda new about the island and everything else happening unbelievable the tour itself for fissure 8 the gentleman that owned the property Chris wow he is so passionate in what he does what he wants to say we get top of fiissure 8 and the distruction that happened we feel humble very humble of what has gone so if you want a tour this tour this is the one.
