Took the waterfalls and volcano tour. Absolutely wonderful. A small family owned and operated business, with tons of local knowledge and advice on things to do. After a day with them I didn't feel like a customer, I felt like family. Highly recommend for anybody wanting to see the beauty of Hawaii and learn cool history.

I rarely write reviews, but Daniel made it impossible not to. Out of all the tours we’ve taken, this was by far the best. Aaron is the MAN! Amazing tour and day with him. he has a NEW passenger van and takes you to all the BEST places in Hilo. Need to stop at Longs...no problem...want the best poke on the island...he takes you there also. Much better deal than NCL tours which are cattle drives, this is a personal GREAT trip. I took the Hilo Finest Waterfalls and Town tour with Hannah Kealoha Adventures while our ship, the Celebrity Solstice was in Hilo for the day, and I enjoyed it very much. It turned out I was the only one on the tour, so it was very personalized. We saw most of the places on the itinerary, and it was especially nice, since I was alone, that the places were completely uncrowded. The Farmers Market is very small during the week, and we did not go to the candy store. I needed some things that I did not want to buy on the ship, so the guides were flexible enough to take me to the local Target, where I was able to pick those things up. It was a very pleasant day and a low-key excursion. It was like touring the area with friends.

We had a wonderful day on our private tour of Hawaii Volcanoes National Park from our cruise ship, thanks to Katelynn! From start to finish, everything was smooth, well organized, and stress-free. Katelynn was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience enjoyable. She answered all of our questions with patience and shared so much interesting information about the volcanoes, the island, and the local history. The scenery was absolutely incredible, and having a private tour allowed us to explore at a comfortable pace without feeling rushed. Katelynn made sure we saw all the highlights while also tailoring the experience to our interests. Aaron is simply the best! We had the most unbelievable day with him. He was easy to communicate with and easy to work with. He picked us up promptly and took us to the volcano first where it was erupting. It ended up raining down lava rocks and we were the only people with large umbrellas. Aaron was prepared for any and everything! His excitement and enthusiasm made an unbelievable day even better! And he’s so knowledgeable!! I couldn’t recommend him more and would definitely book another tour with him when we come back to The Big Island. Thank you Aaron!!!

Absolutely fantastic I would recommend this tour to anybody I didn't actually book the tour myself a concierge at the hotel did so I did not realize we were going to Fisher 8 if you want to see something out of this world go on this tour the tour guide Amanda was amazingly fantastic snacks the food the drink very very adequate what you needed the knowledge that Amanda new about the island and everything else happening unbelievable the tour itself for fissure 8 the gentleman that owned the property Chris wow he is so passionate in what he does what he wants to say we get top of fiissure 8 and the distruction that happened we feel humble very humble of what has gone so if you want a tour this tour this is the one.

Our beautiful Hawaiian Escape
Don our guide, was very down to earth, friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. He showed us many of the fabulous tourist highlights (Rainbow Falls, Hawaiian Volcanos National Park, Banyan Drive, Hilo, etc.). Which we really enjoyed. However, what we enjoyed the most was how Don provided us with the local perspective on the history, culture, people, native animals and plants. He also took time to give us access to the local cuisine (I loved the poi), shopping and people. We really appreciate how he seeks to develop an authentic relationship with you. We highly recommend this great experience!
