Heart wrenching and eye opening

This tour was an experience. Seeing the dramatic results of the bombing of Pearl Harbor were heart wrenching. Standing in the memorial above the Arizona took your breath away. Touring the Missouri was eye opening. Walking through the spaces men and women lived, worked, and fought in made us appreciate our armed forces that defend our rights to live free.

The moment I connected with Cocco, the tour operator, she hashed out and made it easy for me to plan each day. We booked our first day with Kaua’i Soul Travel. The day before the tour, a detailed itinerary was texted including the lunch and coffee stops. Shasta was our tour guide and she warmly welcomed us with her lovely smile and we had a fantastic start!Shasta is such a warm personality and highly motivated guide. She flawlessly offers the tourists of all ages unforgettable experiences. She shares her incredible knowledge of the places, the culture and local traditions. Her enthusiasm and energy, her empathy and care for the people around make her the ideal guide for those who choose a sightseeing tour in Kauai.Shasta is a good photographer too, an add on feature on tours as she knows where and how to click photos. The scenery was beautiful and the nature around us was breathtaking. The atmosphere was so special and fun that it really felt like a family tour. Shasta also provided us with information how to spend other days and Kaua’i famous dine in restaurants.We covered so much on our first day that we booked our final day with Kauai Soul travels. They went out of their way to accommodate us in their busy schedule. The tour guide Riley was early, which we appreciated. She did an amazing job of explaining the history leading up to the war and took us to the punch bowl cemetery as a bonus. She also did an amazing job explaining things as we walked through the aviation areas, but also gave us space to roam. We highly recommend this tour company.

Shelby was great, we did the half day tour and she made sure to pack in as many sites and activities as we could! She made things easy and customized the tour based on our preferences/what we wanted to do. We were able to explore the lava fields, South Maui, Oneuli Beach, and the inland waterfalls. We even got to see some neat wildlife along the way as well. Would highly recommend for anyone staying in Maui looking for a customized tour of the island!

What a wonderful experience! We got to see so much and our driver Vicence (not sure of spelling) was so knowledgeable and accommodating. Our party of 4 all agreed that this was the best! One of our passengers was prone to car sickness and he acknowledged it and was very caring to their needs. This was by far one of our all time favorite excursions!!

Lave and seals and waterfalls!! Oh my!!

This tour was hands down, the best we’ve experienced in a long time. Shelby listened and took us to the places we wouldn’t have been otherwise. Off the beaten path and into the lava fields. We saw sea turtles, a monk seal (it was huge!). Then on to the bamboo forest for a hike. We crossed a fast flowing river on our way to see the waterfalls. Amazing isn’t enough. Shelby was knowledgeable and so sweet to entertain us and keep us busy. Time well spent. Money well spent. Perfection. Thank you Cool Hawaii and thank you Shelby.

Must Do Boat Day on Oahu!

We had the best day with Kaden & Koa! They are so friendly and knowledgeable. They navigated perfectly and took us to an amazing snorkeling spot and then we went on the lookout for the whales. It was so exciting to see them as they also shared interesting information we wouldn’t have even known to ask about. We loved every minute and would definitely sign up to spend another day with them when we come back to O’ahu.
