Pedro was informative, knowledgeable and extremely engaging. Saw things on the east side of the island we'd never seen before. The transportation was clean and comfortable. The tour guide, Shannon, was very kind, entertaining and knowledgeable. He even stopped at Leonard's on the way back so passengers could get their fried doughnuts. He recommended many places for activities, shopping, and eating on the drive. He made certain we were aware of the rules of Pearl Harbor and the national cemetery, when our tour boat left, and the best methods to see everything while we were there. Definitely a must-see.
