The Karma tour guide skipped our pickup spot. We had to contact the office to find out why we were still waiting to be picked up. They did offer to refund our deposit but that meant not seeing Pearl Harbor. We had a different tour guide ( 21/4) hours later. Lee was entertaining and informative but it was disappointing that the original driver just didn’t bother to pick us up. It took up a lot of time especially since this was our last day.

Papa made this trip so AWESOME! Nothing better than a guide with a lifetime of knowledge, passion for the work and great story telling abilities ( the jokes and singing were ok too 😆). With this type of guide you get all the extras.Only thing I would change is a lot more time at Pearl Harbour and less time at the PCC.

The tour was amazing!! Papa P did a fantastic job taking us around the island and keeping the trip fun and exciting! Near the end of the tour he even serenaded our group with his guitar! The tour started at 6am and takes up most of the day so we’re all pretty tired but it was still a great experience.

The bus driver, Marvin was a great driver and entertained us all along the trip with his knowledge of the various things along the route. We were not pleased with the Dole Plantation and it's amenities. It seemed al they wanted was for you to empty your wallet. The Plantation is getting run down and im sure expensive to operate. We wanted to get the pineapple experience from their knowledge but the presentation did not start until 11. Our bus left before we could hear what they had to say.

This Luau is so worth the time, money, everything!! It was entertaining, educational, and all around one of the best times I had while visit this beautiful island! From all the activities around the venue to the actual song and dances they perform it was all amazing! They had a buffet style dinner which is perfect for guests with food sensitivities or picky eaters like myself. My husband and I absolutely loved this Luau and would return again and again to see it all over again!

The only downside of this tour? Was that it came at the start of our vacation, so we've started off with such a bang- it's gonna be hard to top this one!Pedro was a fantastic tour guide and driver from start to finish! He was personable, polite, helpful, and shared a wealth of knowledge with us! To say nothing of the stunning views he took us to see. From the gorgeous coastlines to the picturesque rainforest mountains... Hawaii is just breathtakingly beautiful. And Pedro did a great job guiding us with numerous facts while also allowing for quiet moments of DJing so we could listen to Hawaiian music while taking in the sights.The small group vibe was also a bonus! Pedro was so kind to help elderly people, answer random questions from the entire group, and really worked to make sure everyone felt part of the tour. I can't recommend this tour enough!

We chose the plated dinner option. The meal was excellent! The piano player, saxophone player and singer were outstanding. We could have listened to them all evening. Nolan was our server. He took the time to explain everything! The only downside was it was too cloudy to watch a sunset but mother nature does as she pleases. I HIGHLY recommend this tour.
