Joe was awesome! He was very attentive to all of the guests and went above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable and having a great time. The waterfall was absolutely gorgeous, and the lunch was delicious! Even when we had some minor van troubles, Joe went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and at ease. His positive attitude and excellent care really made a difference. I couldn’t have asked for a better day or a better guide. Thank you, Joe, for making our experience so wonderful! 🌺🌴 P.S. Love love loved this excursion. If you’re a nature lover, highly recommend this one. You’re pretty much surrounded by greenery left and right. As if that’s not enough, you reach the top, and you’re greeted by a beautiful waterfall. Nothing more I could ask for. Driver was super nice- George. He picked us up and dropped us off. Provided info along the way. Lunch was provided. Hike is not strenuous, just rocky, so make sure you wear sneakers. I saw some children on the trail, but don’t think that was safe bc it is so rocky. Overall this was a 10 for me.

Great ride through the city and different neighborhoods. Ended up doing a small hike which was awesome. Just make sure don’t wear white shoes like I did lol

This is definitely a must do on a visit to Oahu. The biking was so easy and fun, and the tour guide took it to the next level. The hike to the falls was pretty easy and the views were spectacular.

The bike experience was terrific. Our guide made it fun and filled us in on a lot of interesting Hawaiian history. Unfortunately, due to bad weather conditions, the sail and snorkel part of our day was canceled.

Hele on Waikiki (bike rental) was exceptional! Beautiful e-bikes, easy to handle, good instructions from a friendly/efficient staff. The Manoa Falls was an exceptional rainforest hike ending in a very petty waterfall. Highlight of the trip!

This was an amazing activity! Both activities were a blast. The people leading these tours are awesome. Very interactive and engaging. I highly recommend doing this !!

We were picked up at the Hyatt by Jason and Isaac. We had a nice trip to the waterfall and back, then ate lunch at a small park overlooking all of Honolulu. It was great!

Must do tour! Our guide, Hoku, was amazing - professional, knowledgeable, funny, and so cool! The nature was lush and stunning. Great for solo travelers.

Kelly was very friendly and knew a lot about the island in the area. He took us to eat some of the best fish tacos we’ve ever had. There were a lot of personal touches and he had little speakers on each of the bikes so that we could hear him clearly as we were tooling around town zipping by on our electric bikes. We ended up pivoting from the Monoa Falls to the diamond head tour. Kelly kindly let us know due to lack of rain the waterfall wasn’t flowing as much and gave us other options.

Our guide was wonderful. Gave us great restaurant suggestions very knowledgeable in Hawaii culture. tacos were delicious. Loved the hike and the bike ride to the hike.

Great tour! It was not the best weather conditions but our guides made the best of it and we had a blast! The two teenage girls with us said it was the best part of the trip so far. Snorkeling was great! Was overcast and a bit chilly but saw lots of turtles and sea life! Guide was very knowledgeable and laid back. Would do it again.

The location was a little confusing to find. Eventually we found it on the side street not on the Main Street like the address said. The bikes were easy to use but heavy. The tour operater was very friendly, engaging and helpful. 5 stars for him. The route takes you through heavily congested traffic, multi laned intersections and popular traffic residential areas before you get to the Manoa Falls entrance. Walking to the falls is a steep climb. Wear appropriate shoes as the terrain is muddy and rocky.

The waterfall just had a trickle when we went so a little disappointing. The GPS took us on some heavy traffic which was not very safe. We tried some bike lanes but couldn't tell where to go when it went into an intersection with angled streets. Suggest you don't do it near rush hour. We returned at 5 pm so heavy traffic. We couldn't find a bike rack to lock up the bikes at the falls and there was a guy asking for $3 each to get into the parking lot. A surprise we didn't expect. It was good for a short excursion but be aware of the items above.

First, I would like to say thank you to the amazing guide. This company was a local company, and you can genuinely feel the care they put into the tour. The guide was extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful, and caring. I was quite pleased with the entire experience, along with the other thoughtful passengers on the journey together. The hike isn’t very long, but definitely for a moderate skill level. There are lots of rocks, can be muddy and rainy. I loved it all! I would’ve loved to spend more time at the waterfall and on the hike. It was a little overwhelming with the crowds. I felt rushed and did everything I could to slow down and enjoy the surroundings. Again, the guide was extraordinary, Joe took his time, making sure everyone was safe and checked in on everyone. He also took time to take photographs. Mahalo Joe! Joe truly made this experience a fond memory, along with the magical beauty of Hawaii. A hui hou🌺
