What To Expect
Learn to surf with Hawaiian Style Surfing! We provide you with everything you need to surf. Every lesson starts with a short land lesson on the basic fundamentals of surfing and ocean safety. Then we get into the water for rest of your lesson. Our instructors will help you get up and riding your first wave in no time!

- Public transportation options are available nearby
- Not recommended for pregnant travelers
- Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health
- Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
- 4 students per Instructor
- All people will need to be able to swim on their own in open ocean waters without assistance of any kind.
- Smaller stature people and children will need to be able to control the surf board on their own with limited assistance.
- For our younger friends under age of 12 we STRONGLY RECOMMEND choosing a Semi-Private Surf Lesson or Private Surf Lesson so there is more individualized attention from our instructors.
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 16 travelers

If you have any doubts about becoming seasick on the water, we recommend taking a Dramamine® Motion Sickness Relief tablet the night before your trip. Some people recommend taking it the night before your cruise and then again that morning so you will not feel so drowsy.
Feb 2023- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the activity start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the activity start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the activity start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the activity local time (HST).
- This activity requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.
