Book a tour that ends at least an hour before all-aboard. If a delay on that tour ever makes you miss your ship, Cool Hawaii pays to get you to the ship’s next port of call, including a hotel if you need one.

Your cruise page shows the hours your ship is in Kahului, and each tour page shows how long the tour lasts. Booking two tours on the same day? Leave at least an hour between them. If your cruise line cancels the stop in Kahului, for weather or a change of itinerary, you get a full refund with no fees or, if you prefer, the same amount toward an excursion at another port of call. Bookings marked All Sales Final are not refunded.

Cancel under Bookings in your account, or call us. If your ship skips Kahului, you get a full refund, except on bookings marked All Sales Final.
If your tour is canceled because of the weather, we’ll offer you another time that day that still fits your ship. If there isn’t one, you get a full refund or, if you prefer, the same amount toward an excursion at another port of call. Bookings marked All Sales Final are not refunded.
