Experience the thrill of catching a wave on Oahu’s North Shore, known worldwide as a surfing mecca. Head to Haleiwa and learn the basics from a licensed surf instructor who stays by your side, ensuring you catch gentle but rideable waves. Beginners, hang loose — your 2-hour lesson takes place in a protected cove at Haleiwa Beach Park, safely away from larger ocean swells. Choose from multiple options: group, semi-private or private family lesson in the morning, midday or afternoon.

What To Expect
Learn how to surf during your Oahu vacation with this group lesson on the iconic and beautiful North Shore of Oahu. If you have any doubts about becoming seasick on the water, we recommend taking a Dramamine® Motion Sickness Relief tablet the night before your trip. Some people recommend taking it the night before your cruise and then again that morning so you will not feel so drowsy.
