Nuʻuanu Pali is a dramatic cliff and lookout on the island of Oʻahu, Hawaii, offering panoramic views of the windward coast (Kaneohe, Kailua) and known for its powerful, constant winds. It's a historic site where King Kamehameha I won a decisive battle in 1795, forcing defenders off the cliff to their deaths, and is also steeped in Hawaiian legends, including tales of spirits and the goddess Pele.
