What To Expect
Shuttle Boat Pickup Location:
GPS coordinates: 21.315456664325744, -157.8910405201414 (copy and paste into your map app or give these to your driver)
YOU NEED TO BE ON TIME! If your appointment is at 1:30 pm, for example, you need to be at the boat ramp waiting for the boat at 1:30 SHARP.
You will meet our shuttle boat at the time of your booking (sharp) for a quick trip to our Jet Ski island, from there you will get suited up in a life jacket, go through course orientation, basic operation of the Jet Ski and safety briefing. After all the formalities are done, you are released on your Jet Ski. Our course is a huge oval in the water. All skiers go in one direction and stay apart from each other. It's about as large as 4 football fields.
You must have basic swimming skills.
You must be able to read and speak English in order to understand waivers, safety instructions, and alerts from our staff.
No cell phones are allowed on the jet skis for safety reasons.
There is a safe place to store your belongings while you're out jet skiing.

If you have any doubts about becoming seasick on the water, we recommend taking a Dramamine® Motion Sickness Relief tablet the night before your trip. Some people recommend taking it the night before your cruise and then again that morning so you will not feel so drowsy.
Feb 2023- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the activity start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the activity start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the activity start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the activity local time (HST).
