Meeting and Pickup
Choose the airport arrival or hotel departure option that matches your trip. For arrivals, domestic passengers meet the driver at baggage claim. International passengers collect their luggage, clear customs, then meet outside Exit 1, on the left in the Group Tour area. For departures, meet the driver at your selected listed hotel’s entrance or designated pickup area. Our team will confirm your pickup time, vehicle and meeting details before travel.
What To Expect
Enjoy a private one-way transfer between Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (HNL) and your selected Ko Olina or listed Kapolei hotel. Reserve one Premium SUV for up to five passengers. Your driver will assist with luggage, and our team will contact you before travel to confirm the vehicle and meeting details. The journey typically takes 45–60 minutes, depending on traffic.
For airport arrivals, we track your flight’s arrival time. Domestic arrivals meet the driver at baggage claim. For international arrivals, collect your luggage and clear customs, then meet outside Exit 1, on the left in the Group Tour area. Your driver will take you to your selected hotel.
For hotel departures, our team will confirm your pickup time and meeting point. Meet your driver at the hotel entrance or designated pickup area for your private transfer to HNL.
Bottled water, fuel surcharge, parking fees and the listed airport/departure tax are included. An optional orchid lei greeting is available for $15 per person.
