We'll start by talking about the elements of good coffee brewing: time, temperature, water quality, grind size, and pouring technique.
After a brief introduction, attendees will have the chance to brew coffee on their own using one of a variety of brewing devices.
After brewing, we'll taste the coffees and discuss what went wrong and what went right to help dial in for the next time.
After taking this class, you'll have all the knowledge you need to make cafe-quality brewed coffee at home!
