For your safety and the well-being of others, all riders must know how to competently ride a mountain bike to participate in our bike tours. We conduct a safety briefing and test ride before each tour. If you are unable to demonstrate ability to safely ride, you may be cancelled. No refund will be offered.

Our most challenging e-bike tour is a rigorous course featuring a faster pace and more technical ride throughout varied terrain including steep sections, dirt trails, and single-track. You’ll cover ~15 miles of trails, jungle, and ridges, with photo ops and views.

All riders are required to successfully pass our test course, demonstrating the skills to competently ride an e-mountain bike on varied terrain. If you are unable to demonstrate the ability to safely ride, you may be cancelled and offered a replacement tour subject to availability. No refund will be offered.
Safety standards that our tour guides look for: Competency in steering and handling varied terrain (turning and cornering without going off trail/track), shifting gears (down shift, up shift, control while shifting and riding), braking (controlled use of both brakes, no skidding, no sudden braking), and overall control (balance, control of pedals, trail debris avoidance, pace) etc.
