The pick up location will be in front of the Honolulu Zoo main entrance parking lot. Next to the electric vehicle charging stations.The address is: 151 Kapahulu St., Honolulu, HI, 96822To the left of the main entrance there is an electric vehicle charging station, your guide will pull up in that general area. We will message you here when we are about 20 min away.Please make sure to wear shoes for a muddy hike!

What To Expect

Lulumahu Waterfall

This hike to one of Hawaii’s most incredible waterfalls is fit for all experience levels.After pickup, we will drive about 15 minutes to the trailhead where the muddy adventure begins. The trail is a true rainforest trail, misty and green most of the time. Along the trail, you will hike through bamboo forests, guava tree meadows, taro patches, and will cross a small stream several times before reaching the waterfall. The stream is only ankle deep, but your shoes will get wet on this trail.Once we reach the waterfall, feel free take snap some pictures, or get your feet wet in the pool below.Stay on trail with an experienced and trusted local guide, learn about Hawai’i history, and explore nature without the tourist crowds.

Earning rewards

  • Earned rewards will be available to redeem once they are no longer in a pending state.

  • If a booking where rewards were issued is canceled, the earned rewards will not be redeemable and will be moved to a canceled state.

Redeeming rewards

  • To redeem rewards, you must be logged into your Cool Destinations account.
  • Any available rewards will be automatically applied the next time you make a booking, and their value will be deducted from your order at checkout, unless you choose not to apply them, which requires you to indicate this via the toggle switch.
