Correctly input your location and, as long as your hotel is in Waikiki / Ala Moana area, we will be able to pick you up. If you purchase tickets and your location is outside of Waikiki / Ala Moana area, you must find a way to a Waikiki hotel. Pickups start at 7am. If you are driving to Waikiki, please email us so that we can guide you to a place where you can park for free.     Earning rewards

    Redeeming rewards

    • To redeem rewards, you must be logged into your Cool Destinations account.
