Arrival
Prior to guest arrival, one of our friendly staff will be contacting guest to inform Driver, vehicle and waiting area information. on the day of guest arrival, Driver will be waiting at Baggage Claim, when guest arrives, Driver greet Guest with ALOHA and assist with luggage, lastly transfer Guests safely to Hotel.
Departure
Prior to guest departure, one of our friendly staff will be contacting guest to inform Driver and vehicle information as well as confirming departure time, on the day of guest departure, Driver will be arriving early and wait at Hotel entrance, or Hotel designated pickup location, when guest arrives, Driver greet Guest with ALOHA and invite them to get on the vehicle, lastly transfer Guests safely to the Airport.
